taking care of, very cute right? last wk when i went back m'sia, i keep playing with him all day, he's very obedient and adorable. This photo is taken when he tried to play the keyboard with jus his 2 index finger..hahaha:) But there's one sad thing 'bout him-he has no toys at all. For a 2-year-old boy like him, i suppose goin through childhood without toy would really be super boring, so i bought him a few toys yest when i went out shopping wf Hannah, hopefully it would be a good company for him:)

Btw i wan to blog 'bout Spiderman 3, i jus watched wf my care group today. I must say that it's a worthy-watching movie. in fact i wasnt very keen to watch this show at the beggining, cos i thought tat it's jus another action movie wf some fancyful effects. But this is not true, behind the heroic style kind of story, this show conveys a message strongly- There's always a choice for us to make when we facing difficulties, even in the most impossible situation, there's always a possible way out-the choice is with us. Even my best buddy, deb commented tat she's touched by this principle. A lot of time, we are given two choice: to follow good or bad when we make a decision, jus like the spiderman's best friend, Harry, he can choose to bare grudges against Mr. Spidey when Spiderman had cause him to be disfigured, but he make the good choice.He forgive Mr. Spidey and help him to fight against the villain.

I learnt from this that when we said we have no choice...many a time it's an excuse, and probably the best excuse for us to use to prevent choosing the good. I think i did that many times also...After all, this is only one of the princle i would like to share 'bout tis movie, i would say tat this whole show is quite biblical. If u havent watched, maybe can drag a few firends to watch together, really highly recommend.haha

Next, is this thing tat i learnt through a John c. Maxwell article about being realistic.I find tat sometimes when we get too spiritual, we tend to think things in an unrealistic way....mm, i notice i become more and more like tat..so would like to post it to remind myself, hope it helps u too:)

Here are three ways to keep yourself from falling victim to the "failure to think realistically" landmine.

1. Make realism the foundation of your church leadership.

Focus on three levels of achievement: What you have to achieve to maintain your current state, what you think you will achieve and what you hope to achieve.

2. Look at realism as a friend, not a foe.

It's amazing what happens when you tell the truth. It's not easy to look a staff member in the eye and say, "You're not any good at that," or "We're not going to do that anymore." But if you really want to develop and equip your people, you have to be honest with them. Don't enable them; help them overcome their ineffectiveness.

3. Give others permission to be realistic.

The more successful you become, the more you have to look at people and say, "Be honest with me. Be realistic with me. Tell me what I need to work on." Otherwise, people start telling you only what they think you want to hear, which keeps you from getting the good, honest feedback that you need.
